IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1 Members who are participating in the tour have to furnish their Name, Age,
Address , Copy of the Identification Card, Address and Contact number of a close
relative along with the application form
2 50% of the rate of the tour should be given before 120 days of the tour. Balance
amount to be given before 10 days of the tour ( For foreign tour, before 30 days )
3 Because of any valid reason , if a person is canceling the tour , the matter should
be informed to the tour Organiser, 30 days before the tour starts. Otherwise the
advance amount will not be refunded .
4 Air tickets as well as Railway tickets have to be booked much in advance to
guarantee convenient and comfortable seats, therefore the fare for tickets should
also be given in advance
5 All members participating in the tour are supposed to keep the original of the
approved Identification details with them.
6 During travel, please avoid gold or any precious jewellery .
7 Please take care to use the allotted seat during travel. Seats are allowed first for
members who furnish advance amount earlier .
8 Money and other materials with the members of the tour have to be kept with at
most care . Tour – organiser is not responsible for any lose of these properties.
9 According to inevitable circumstances there can be changes in the tour programme
and rates.
10 Also the tour – organiser can not take responsibility of Hartals, Strikes, Natural
Calamities , Accidents , Death etc…
11 During travel, please avoid smoking , consumption of alcohol etc which may cause
hazards to other travellers.
12 Kindly adhere and obey instructions of the organiser always .Please take care to
use only the time allotted in a place and return to the bus in time .If anybody could
not return to the bus in time, the person has to reach the place of stay in his / her
expense.
13 If anybody participating in the tour needs special amenities ( Example : Star hotel
accommodation / Single room accommodation etc ), Kindly inform earlier . Please
note that these things need special rates .
14 All legal procedures are possible only in Courts of Law in Ernakulam.
I have gone through all the above instructions and I hereby promise that I
shall obey by all instructions and advise and corporate with you during the tour .
